1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website at http://qualifiedresources.in/, submitting RFPs, or entering into service contracts with Qualified Resources Private Limited, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service and applicable Indian commercial laws.

2. Manpower Outsourcing & Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

All commercial staffing and facility management services are governed by formal Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Work Orders, or Government e-Marketplace (GeM) purchase contracts. Specific terms regarding billing rates, minimum wages, replacement timeframes, and performance KPIs are defined in individual contracts.

3. Employer of Record & Statutory Indemnity

Qualified Resources acts as the contractual employer of record for deployed workforce personnel and assumes responsibility for EPF (Code: UPALD2458762000), ESIC (Code: 21000703490000999), minimum wage payouts, and statutory tax compliance.

4. Intellectual Property & Branding

The name "Qualified Resources Private Limited", the registered logo insignia, website layouts, content, and the handle @qualifiedresources are proprietary assets of Qualified Resources Private Limited and protected under trademark and copyright laws.

5. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of website usage or commercial engagements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Prayagraj / Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
